I believe everybody deserves a massage, it is not a luxury for the wealthy and it is beneficial for everyone's health.
Most people need a massage. Remember when you were a baby and were flexible everywhere? As we grow older our muscles contract and get shorter resulting in less flexibility. Massage helps to retrain those muscles to lengthen.
Increase in flexibility releases muscles pressure on nerves, blood vessels and the lymph tissue.
Pressure off of these tissues results in the increase of these systems to operate more efficiently. Therefore, you benefit from decrease in pain sensations, increase in circulation & drop in blood pressure, and from removing blockages in lymph you boost your immune system. Therefore helping numb, cold or hot fingers & toes and finally getting that fluid that accumulates at your feet or hands to move outta there!
I receive massage once a month, and try for more often than not. Additionally, I'm currently learning the Bikram hot yoga poses, will most times have some Chaga tea for you and feel free to ask how you can use the xyngular supplement ignite kit to loose weight and feel great. I'm finding much benefit and love to share any of this, so just ask!
I named my practice "Earthshine Massage" because it reflects my inner feeling of my ties to the sun and moon. Please google "earthshine" to understand this awesome geological phenomenon that occurs sometimes 2x/year.
